Sam join the company in 2009, with a background in packaging mortgages. Sam is an expert in residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
Johnny is based at our branch in Upholland, and is a one-stop shop for all your mortgage needs! He’s not just a robot with a calculator, he takes the time to get to know you and your unique situation, so every recommendation is tailored just for you and your family. When he’s not helping his customers with their mortgages, you can find him being a dinosaur with his son.
Sally has been in the industry for many years, working with mortgages and the wealth planning sector. She brings with her much valued experience.
Chelcie originally started off with The Mortgage Factory in 2013 on an Apprenticeship, before leaving in 2017 to broaden her horizons. After a few years of exploring other industries, she re-joined the team in 2022 and has seamlessly fit back in with her not so quiet personality! Chelcie builds strong relationships with our clients, and regularly go’s above and beyond to get matters resolved.
Clare joined the company in 2018 after a lifetime working for The NHS, and is based in our Upholland Office with Steve and Johnny. Clare is very supportive, and helps our customers every step of the way throughout their mortgage journey to completion. Her secret? A combination of a passion to help, and a fierce determination to get things done… and a never-ending supply of chocolate!
Karolyn has 25 years of experience in financial services, working for a Building Society. Jo used to work with her and convinced her to come on board with us and Karolyn hasn’t looked back since. But, the truth is we only hired her because she makes the tastiest lemon drizzle cake!
